These Terms & Conditions govern your use of saltshe.com and any purchase you make from SALT&SHE. By placing an order you accept these terms.
ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE
An order is accepted only once we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may cancel or refuse an order — including for pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud — and refund any payment already taken.
PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are shown in your local currency where possible and include VAT for EU deliveries. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery to the address you provided. See the Shipping page for full details.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygiene liners within 30 days of delivery. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (see Returns page).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, extended by us to 30 days. This right does not apply to sealed hygiene items once unsealed.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on saltshe.com — photography, copy, designs, logos — is owned by SALT&SHE and may not be reused without written permission.
LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
